DOWN Vs. ANDREW WK: Substance Over Hype?

DOWN's Down II CD has shifted 55,070 copies in the first three weeks of its release compared to ANDREW WK's marginally impressive 33,661 for his I Get Wet album during the same time period, according to Soundscan. Here is a breakdown of the two album's weekly sales performances thus far:

DOWN – Down II:
Week 1: 31,430
Week 2: 13,529
Week 3: 10,111

ANDREW WK – I Get Wet:
Week 1: 13.942
Week 2: 9,721
Week 3: 9,909
